My.Scranton unavailable on Monday, January 21, 2023

Dear Faculty & Students, 

The University of Scranton’s Information Technology Department will be applying patches to the production Banner environment on Saturday, January 21, 2023. As a result, access to the My.Scranton portal at https://my.scranton.edu (including Self-Service, eTranscripts, and Mobile) will be unavailable from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.  

During this outage, you can continue to access your online courses directly at: https://engagelms.scranton.edu/learn.

You will also be able to access:
Office365 at http://outlook.scranton.edu
Zoom at https://scranton.zoom.us/ (select Sign In, enter RID and password).

Scheduled Maintenance - 12.28.22 - Engage 4.0 Upgrade

Engage will receive scheduled maintenance on December 28, 2022 between 8:00 PM ET and 2:00 AM ET of the following day. If you access Engage during this time, you will be directed to the maintenance page. Access will be restored once maintenance is complete.

This maintenance introduces multiple functionality and navigation improvements associated with an upgrade to Engage version 4.0.
