The University of Scranton’s Information Technology Department will be performing maintenance to the production Banner environment this weekend. As a result access will be limited as follows:
1. Saturday, May 13, 2023, 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: The My.Scranton portal at https://my.scranton.edu (including Self-Service, eTranscripts, and Mobile) will be unavailable.
2. Sunday, May 14, 2023, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: Some Banner Self-Service applications will be unavailable.
During these outages, you can continue to access your online courses directly at https://engagelms.scranton.edu/learn.
You will also be able to access:
Office365 at http://outlook.scranton.edu
Zoom at https://scranton.zoom.us (select Sign In, enter
RID and password).
