The University of Scranton’s Information Technology Team is applying security and software updates to the Network Infrastructure on Saturday, August 12 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
As a result, the
following may be unavailable:
My.Scranton portal (my.scranton.edu)
Office 365 Mail
KSOM Remote Access (remote.scranton.edu)
University Website (www.scranton.edu)
Upgrades to the system will begin at 7:00 a.m., and will cause an estimated 10-minute outage to the internet connection of the campus. It is advised not to perform critical tasks during this upgrade time.
